The 2011 Triathlon season has begun!
PAC (Pure Austin Coaching) is gearing up for the ultimate 2011 race season with an extended practice schedule and training plans.
Open water swimming at Quarry Lake starts in April. Join PAC for two to three open water swim practices a week. For more information, check out the practice schedule here.
New for 2011, all members of PAC will have access to Sprint and Olympic Distance training plans in conjunction with the PAC practice schedule. Athletes also have the choice to have individual Sprint or Olympic Distance training plans. Both training plans are included with the regular monthly fee ($35 for Pure Austin members and $45 for non-members).
Interested in going “long”? PAC also offers Half and Full Ironman Distance Periodization Schedules. A periodization schedule is a training plan tailored specifically to an upcoming race, with specific heart rate zones and running paces prescribed for each workout. Check out the schedule here to see if your Ironman distance event is on the list.
